1) Promoter:
This Cashback promotion (the "Promotion") is administered by Henton and Chattell Ltd, London Road, Nottingham NG2 3HW, United Kingdom (“H&C”), the official UK importer of Cobra Garden products. Claim forms sent to this address will not be processed. Please refer to the website listed in Section 6 for claim submissions.
2) Eligibility:
This offer is exclusively open to private individuals who have purchased a qualifying product for personal use. Claims submitted by businesses, institutions, groups, or resellers will not be considered. Applicants must be aged 18 or over at the time of claiming.
3) Qualifying Purchases:
The Promotion applies only to the purchase of brand-new Cobra Garden products (not refurbished, used, or returned items) distributed by H&C through its official UK dealer network.

Customers who purchase any of the products listed below from an authorised Cobra Garden retailer in the UK between 23 June 2025 and 31 August 2025 (inclusive) may submit a claim for the following cashback amounts:

6) Submitting a Claim:
Claims must be made online at: www.cobragarden.co.uk/cashback
To complete a valid claim, you must upload:
- The product’s serial number;
- A clear photograph of the serial number label affixed to the machine;
- A legible copy of your original retail invoice, displaying the retailer’s name, the product purchased, and the transaction date.
Note: Order confirmations, handwritten receipts, or edited documents will not be accepted.
H&C reserves the right to request further supporting documentation to validate any claim.
7) Claim Timing:
Claims may be submitted no sooner than 30 days after the date of purchase. All claim forms must be received no later than midnight (BST) on 31 October 2025. Claims received outside this window will not be honoured.
8) Additional Terms:
- Cashback is only payable on products supplied by H&C to authorised UK dealers. Customers are advised to confirm dealer status prior to purchase. H&C is not responsible for misrepresentation by third-party retailers.
- Cashback will not be paid on products that have been refunded or returned. If a returned product has already triggered a cashback payment, H&C reserves the right to reclaim that amount from the claimant.
- A maximum of one cashback claim per household is permitted during the Promotion Period.
- Incomplete or inaccurate claims will be flagged via email. Claimants will be given 14 calendar days to rectify and resubmit required information.
9) Cashback Fulfilment:
Once approved, cashback will be issued by direct bank transfer in GBP to a UK bank account only. Allow up to 28 days for payment from the point all validation criteria have been met. No alternative form of payment or compensation will be provided.
10) Online Access:
Participation requires access to a reliable internet connection. H&C accepts no responsibility for issues related to connectivity, device capability, or website accessibility that may prevent claim submission.
11) Fraud and Abuse:
H&C reserves the right to refuse or cancel claims in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or manipulation of the promotion;
- Use of duplicate or previously claimed serial numbers;
- Any breach of these terms or prior abuse of H&C promotional offers.
Legal action may be pursued in the event of intentional fraudulent activity.
12) Availability and Amendments:
All cashback offers are subject to stock availability. H&C reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promotion at any time, including substituting cashback with an equivalent offer of equal value. Such changes will not affect claims for qualifying purchases made before any such amendment.
